Tips for bone china maintenance
[Cleaning]
Wipe with a sponge or soft cotton cloth (do not use hard materials such as steel wool to scrub)-the water temperature should not be too high, below 55 degrees, detergent will react chemically with high temperature and directly damage the porcelain glaze.
It is recommended to use a neutral liquid detergent to ensure that the porcelain does not touch each other.
[Drying]
After washing, dry on a plastic rack (do not use a metal drain rack such as stainless steel) and store in a dry environment. Directly stacking wet tableware will scratch the glaze.
[Heating or refrigeration]
Bran-free porcelain can be refrigerated and can hold 100-degree liquids. It cannot be directly baked with an open flame, and try to avoid sharp temperature differences.
[Storage]
If the product has slight scratches, it can be gently polished with toothpaste to reduce the scratch marks; if there are tea stains, it can be cleaned with lemon juice or vinegar.
[Maintenance]
It is best to put paper towels between plates or saucers to avoid scratches. Cups cannot be stacked or hung with hooks to avoid cracking the handles. When storing the pot, the mouth must be facing upwards to avoid chipping.
[Note on the gold edge]
The gold edge on the porcelain is edible gold foil, which is harmless to the human body. If it is not stored properly for a long time, the gold edge may become dim or even worn. Wipe it lightly with a soft cloth to remove dark rust.
