Cancellation,Return and Refund Policy

Orders can be cancelled at any time, as long as the package has not been shipped. To cancel an order, please email blanbunnytea@outlook.com as soon as possible. If the package has been shipped, the order cannot be cancelled.


Due to specific logistical constraints related to international shipping, please note that our orders are fulfilled with particular attention to each destination's unique requirements. However, despite our best efforts to ensure timely delivery, there may be instances where unforeseen delays or other transportation challenges arise that are beyond our control.

Please also be aware that due to the complexities and high costs associated with cross-border returns, we do not accept returns on any international orders. By placing an order, you agree to these shipping terms and understand that we cannot process returns or issue refunds for products once they have been shipped from our facility.

If a package is returned to us as "undeliverable" or "wrong address", or is refused by your customs agency (or any other reason), we can try to send the package again, but you will be charged for the return shipping as well as the postage for the second attempt to ship it to you. Alternatively, if your local shipping company decides to discard the package instead of returning it to us, we are not responsible for the costs. In this case, we unfortunately cannot provide a refund.

In certain countries, local postal services or customs authorities may require you to pay customs fees and value-added tax (VAT). If you choose not to cover these charges, the package will be returned to us. In this event, we will refund 70% of the order value once the package is received. However, if the package is lost during the return process due to your refusal to pay the customs duties, no refund will be issued.

In some countries, customs authorities may require you to pay import duties and VAT. If you choose not to pay these charges, the package will be returned to us. Once we receive the returned package, we will refund a portion of 70% of the order value (e.g. shipping costs). This deduction is for the return, import and handling fees we incur during the return process.
