Shipping terms

We ship from China and provide shipping services to our customers. Estimated delivery times vary by location, with an estimated delivery time of 1-4 weeks for most countries and regions, unless otherwise stated at checkout. At checkout, shipping costs will be automatically calculated based on order weight and destination.

If your country is not available, please send us an email detailing your country name and we will add it to our system if we can ship to your country! Please keep in mind that we cannot ship to every country.

Please note: The delivery times listed above are approximate times and are not guaranteed delivery times. We will make every effort to ensure that the package is shipped on time, but international shipping packages must pass through China customs and destination country customs, and we cannot control delays caused by customs clearance (such as customs inspections or shopping seasons). Please take the possibility of delays into account when placing your order. If your order is delayed, please contact us in time so that we can help you.

    Order Processing

    Within 2-3 business days after the order is successfully submitted, we will process and ship it. You will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number to facilitate your tracking of the package status. If the order processing time may be extended due to uncontrollable factors such as holidays or customs delays, we will notify you in time.

    Unfortunately, in rare cases, the product may be out of stock. In this case, we will have to wait for restocking and it may take 2-4 business days to process your order.

      About Tracking

      Once the order is shipped, you will receive an email with tracking information. Please use the tracking information to track the location of your package. If you do not receive a shipping confirmation email, please check if it has landed in your spam folder.

      Tracking apps are very convenient and a good tool to check the status of your shipment, but please note that in many cases, they are not always accurate. If you want to use an app, we recommend 17track, all packages can be tracked through 17track. You can also use the tracking number on the local postal website after the package arrives in your country.

        Customs and Duties

        Please note that international orders may be subject to customs inspections and tariffs in your country. All customs duties and import taxes are the responsibility of the customer and we cannot control or predict these costs. If you have any questions about customs policies, please consult your local customs department before placing an order.

        If you decide not to pay the customs duties and refuse to accept the package, the package may be returned to us. In the event of a return, we will provide you with a partial refund based on the following formula: Order value - Shipping cost - Return shipping cost. If the package is not returned to us (for example, it is lost during the return process), we are not responsible for such losses. In this case, we will not provide a refund.

          Lost Order Policy

          If the item is not received within 45 days, the order is considered lost. Customers can choose to have it re-shipped or get a full refund. Please note that there is a difference between a package lost in transit and a package lost after the courier marked it as "delivered". If a package has been marked as delivered but you cannot find it, there is nothing we can do. We cannot refund or send a replacement, and we cannot make claims for packages that have been marked as delivered.

          We recommend that you check other entrances to your residence, your neighbor's house or apartment, or the front desk of your apartment building or business to see if the package has simply been delivered by mistake. If the package is not in one of these locations, please contact the courier to see if they can help you find the package.

          Although we wrap all items sent in plenty of bubble wrap and package them with great care, sometimes items can break. If you receive a broken or damaged item, please notify us immediately. If an item is broken or missing from your order, we reserve the right to request photographic documentation of the defect or damage before we can replace the item or refund you.

          If any items are missing or damaged from your order, please contact us within 14 days of receiving your order. If you wait longer than 14 days after receiving your order, we will not send a replacement, refund, or provide a store credit. We do not offer any kind of warranty on tea sets.
